CONNECT PEOPLE 2U (CP2U) is a Romanian non-governmental, non-profit association dedicated to building a responsible and aware society. We bring together trainers, youth and social workers, policymakers, experts, and volunteers with diverse skills and backgrounds to design and deliver civic activities with a European dimension that benefit local communities.

Our mission is to empower individuals and communities through education, training, research, and civic engagement, while promoting European values, democracy, human rights, and social inclusion. We aim to bridge communities, foster cooperation, and contribute to the European integration process through impactful projects and partnerships.
Our vision is a society where every person has the opportunity, knowledge, and skills to participate actively in shaping their community and future, in line with European democratic and humanistic values.
Our Team
Our team is made up of experienced trainers, researchers, educators, and project managers with deep expertise in language education, intercultural skills, human rights, social innovation, and European cooperation.
